Two little God’s princesses in the foster family of the members of the Church og Good Changes
The promised family. The married couple Gordienko who have their own adult son has had a desire to adopt one more child. Ultimately they officially got the status of foster family in Ukrainian state having become the parents of 2 girls – 3-year-old Anastasia and 6-year-old Ann. Last Sunday they brought their little daughters for blessing in the Church.
According to the foster mother Ludmila she had a desire to adopt a baby long ago but she wasn’t able. Yuriy and Ludmila are businessmen, they are busy all the time and that is why they didn’t have enough time to think it over before. But when the calls about adoption had started sounding in the Church of Good Changes they realized that the dream is to come true.
Yuriy and Ludmila Gordienko didn’t have to think long time whom exactly to adopt. They saw in the center of guardianship two little sisters Nastya and Ann and started making documents namely for these kids. Nobody wanted to adopt the girls because the whole bouquet of deceases followed them like a loop. Without enough care, food and caress the girls had a huge lack in the family’s warmth, mother’s care. Running forward, we aught to say that the youngest Nastya started speaking at once after moving to her foster family though she could hardly say a single word before.
The procedure of making documents to become an official foster family had lasted for half a year. 2months and a half the couple waited to pass the course for foster parents. They participated in 4-day- training where they were told how to behave with adopted kids, what kind of behavior they can see, and also, that is not unimportant, the legal base was explained to them. According to Ludmila she and her husband made a decision that their girls when they are adults will be able if they would like to take the surname of their foster parents.
The parents are glad that the girls went on contact with them at once, they entered the family as own kids and they even somehow took after Dad and Mom. There were surely definite problems. For the process of forming of individuality is rather hard for those who had never had their own family before. But Yuriy and Ludmila are set up optimistically. For the children were given them by God himself and therefore it is going to be all right.
