34th rehabilitation center in Novoazovsky area – one more part of the body of the Christ
In the village Kulikovo of Novoazovsky area the 34th rehab centre for addicts and alcoholics is opened. The parishioner of the Church of Good Changes gifted the house for as many addicts as possible to be able to restore their life. Already today 8 persons pass rehabilitation in it.
The son of the woman who gave the house has had a very strong narcotic dependence for a long time. The mother tried to pull out her son from this abyss many times, but all her attempts were vain. Only having got to know that at the Church of Good Changes in the Charity fund “Pilgrim” there are rehabilitation centers, the woman has realized that it is the last and the unique chance.
After making all the documentary formalities about the house, practically at once 2 missionaries have been directed to begin officially the 34th branch of rehabilitation centre “Transformation” in village Kulikovo.
Grigory Bondarenko, the minister of the centre of rehabilitation in Kulikovo: «We arrived, then prayed and at once have rolled up sleeves. The house was quite abandoned but we have put things in order with God’s help and at once have accepted three persons on rehabilitation. And the process has started. We wake up at 5.30, then we pray, work in the Glory of God, study God’s Word, in passing we continue to do repair works and many other necessary and eternal affairs in which already 8 people on a rehab + 2 ministers are engaged. Our small ministry is a part of the Body of Christ and we hope that the seed sown in the Novoazovsky area will “bear fruit, and bring forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty”.
