The Action “NO!”
The workers of the fund “Pilgrim” continue meeting with the high school students and college students telling the truth about drugs.
The youth of the fund have come to many schools. For the students of the 5-11th grades the various program has been prepared and its purpose – exposure of the false information about “delight” of drug. As it is easier to prevent than to cure post factum. If to reveal to a young man or an adolescent the reasons which lead to drug, to show its inconsistency, baring its nature, consequently, drugs will lose their pulling power.
Except for the lectures people who had had their rehab course in a rehab center testify to the minors, they say how to behave and what is not worth doing in order not to be attracted by drugs and to pass by misfortune.
The drug expert invited at the meeting in his turn affirms that drug addiction is not just a physical decease but also psychic, spiritual. It destroys the organism and the personality of the person and leads to death.
Responses of the school students who were present at the lectures:
Kundel Julia, 8th grade: I was shocked by what we had been shown on the video projector, especially a boy who was eaten by rats. I began worrying about my close friend that drug can lead him to such consequences. The pictures I saw there provoked sadness and disgust. After all what I have heard I just can’t say “Yes”, my choice is “ No”! It is worth saying at a proper moment “ No!”. “No” to drugs, to alcohol, and to smoking. When they offer you drugs you must be able to say “ No”. If you fail to do that the consequences can be the most horrible. If you try again, you won’t be able to refuse from them on your own any more, you won’t be able to live a life of full value.
10th grade. I consider that this program must be a part of any school program! I’ve really estimated what I saw and heard! I estimate your work and I wish you good luck in this not easy work. P.S. I don’t abuse anything, I don’t smoke or drink and my friends don’t do that either. Good luck!

Very often at school they told us about the harm of drugs and how awful is HIV – but having listened to this lecture, I realized how horrible it is indeed, having seen the pictures I got really scared that the people could hit their bottom. And never before I thought that the word “ No” is so important, but now I realize that your life and destiny depends on one only word.
Verylev Sergey 8-k grade. I felt confused and now I feel quite bad, I have pity to those who inject drugs, I am scared and worried about myself and my neighbors (brothers, sisters, friends), awe, pain, fear for Ukraine, people of our country ( world). Now I realized that drugs, marihuana, pills – anything like that – if they offer you this – say “ No!”. I saw pictures and it was too scary to look at them. So many people died of that dope. I will always say NO.
