The African journal of the pastor - Pilgrim part 2. The girl’s life turned into a good fight of faith
Sammy this is the name of my friend in Africa. At the age of 16 she had come to the equator for the first time and realized what she wanted to devote her life to. On graduating from the University in California Sammy got back to Kenya.
Frills ( sorry for my Donbass slang) of the Christians with cool cars who show off before each other are a parody of faith for me. And here is the very essence of faith. I thank you, Sammy, and I thank those who support her hands. By the way, I would like once again to invite those who consider themselves great anointed people of healing to this children’s center….The kids crippled by various diseases wait for you here. I want to remind all the Muntyans etc. The invitation is still in force…. If you heal one of these little friends of mine in Sammy’s house I will sell my half built house and donate the money to your “marvelous” ministry. But until you keep silence I consider you windbags. This girl is a lesson of Faith in the highest meaning of this word. And she is a rebuke to many of us whose Christianity comes down to a periodical rubbing pants on the church benches.
I am proud of the family of blind people in my church.
Within the last several years a wonderful family from my congregation raises funds and sends them with me to the end of the world to pay for the food, education and medical service of this white angel on the black continent. Leena is an albino and in African tribes from where she was taken to Sammy’s center she would have been doomed. According to the craze witchcraft traditions there is no place for her in the tribe and an awful fate would have fallen upon her. Some people here are convinced in healing properties of her organs if one boils and eat them. P.S. I thank those who will be able to take part in the “Auction of good”. Of course I will be glad if you come here yourself ( by the way I will be gathering team gain in a year.. you can register and get prepared). However you can do something for the orphaned kids right now. We have a bank card here and at least once a day we go to the city and can get cash…. If you want and are able to participate in the circle of good in nature – get in touch with me.

The social services came to the “Republic Pilgrim” for help. They asked to take into the center a 13-year-old boy temporarily, for the time of his medical examination. Afterwards the boy was to be taken to a special boarding school for kids with mental flaws. But did the boy really need to be in such a boarding school?

The trip around the world for the sake of the world without orphans. This was the motto of the team of the former Mariupol street kids riding across the entire Ukraine, Russia and Europe within the last 5 summer seasons. The former street kids show by their own example how life of a child can change if he or she is taken to a loving family and they call unto people not to be scared of adoption and to take kids from orphanages.

On July 16th the group of the former street kids and of their adoptive parents from Ukraine continued their worldwide bike tour “The World without orphans” with the vision about the world where there are no lonely children. Having ridden within the last 5 stages across the entire Ukraine, Russia and a part of Europe, the former street kids show by their own example how a life of an abandoned kid may change when he or she is taken to a loving family and they plead on behalf of other kids who need caring parents. This year the team will complete the fifth stage of the worldwide bike action across the Eurasian continent, on riding across Germany, Switzerland and France.

At this time last year my guys experienced a serious shock (I have 32 adopted kids). When we approached the Polish border within our worldwide bike action “The World without orphans!” the passports of the half of the team arrived without visas in them. It was a knockdown.

As the medical workers point out all the kids in Pilgrim have weak immunity, avitaminosis and consequences of unhealthy life. Summer is just high time for the guys to get the energy charge, vitamins, to get impressions and to get strength for the new academic year.

In the “Republic Pilgrim” it is a special day even though a bit sad one – the Graduation 2017. It is always time of special experiences and a very significant event for the graduates. Each one of them has a very rough story behind them, their life used to be destroyed; they used to have a mental trauma and a tough way of restoration.
